Having worked with several RIA (Rich Internet Application) frameworks such as GWT , RichFaces and IceFaces together with JSF and of course Adobe Flex, I intended this to be a blog about the emerging paradigm shift in web applications with technologies that I am familiar with. I also wanted blog about server-side and ORM frameworks because I like to be involved in all aspects of development . But what has happened is that soon after I started this blog, I have been working primarily as a Flex developer and this blog has come to reflect that.
Now just a little about my development experience. I am end-to-end JEE/Flex Web developer with experienced in the complete software development life cycle. I am experienced in designing and implementing expressive and performant Java Web applications using Servlets, JSPs, JSF and various AJAX frameworks like JBoss RichFaces as well as integrating a server side Java Web Architecture with Adobe Flex on the client. I am an Adobe Certified Flex Expert with Flex 3 and AIR and a Sun Certified Java Web Component Developer. After working with leading customer service optimization technology firms in Sweden and Spain, I am currently working as a Technology Consultant with the Quantitative Risk Technology (QRT) group at the Bank of America headquarters in Charlotte NC.
